Last week a friend of mine, DG, requested that I blog about how to make Naan & Cordiander Chutney (and some other stuff but we’ll get to those later). Therefore, this Friday I (egg) am going to prepare an Indian feast for myself, my fiance, and two of our good friends. The menu will introduce the following mouthwatering dishes to our hungry mouths:
Chicken Tikka Masala
Herbed Basmati Rice
